... and we love their house so much already!!!

"Oopsy legs"

Last weekend, I used chalk-board paint to create a chalk board on one of the walls in my bedroom. This morning, while I was showering, Lill was using it. First, she tagged it by writing “Lillian is a Vampire” [on top]. Then, she drew a koi [on the left]. Then, she drew a naked butt with diarrhea and what she calls, “oopsy legs” [on the right]. Lastly, she gave herself a few math problems to do — adding fractions.

Yayoi Kusama

This is Yayoi Kusama. She is an 89 year old Japanese artist who works primarily in installation. Lill and I went to see her "Infinity Mirrors" show at the AGO.
















These photos of the show make it seem super awesome. But truthfully we had to wait in eight lines, for like, a thousand hours -- and that decreased our enjoyment of the show significantly.

What's inside a Mac Book?

It turns out that not many people take apart their Mac Books. We are among the lucky few who were able to disassemble it entirely. And we, of course, were not able to put it back together.

Holy Crepes in the beer garden

We have a beer garden, near our house, filled with street food of all sorts. This is Lill's favorite stop there. In this picture, you can see the vendors peaking through the window.

Filet Mignon

Finally, our favorite show is back on TV: MasterChef Junior!

In the first episode, they cooked filet mignon, and Lill was inspired to make it for me for dinner today.
