Lillian and I walked to the daycare this morning.  She climbed on all protruding fixtures, sang as many songs as she could think of (in this photo she is singing "You are my sunshine"), and scared pigeons with her whistle.

Very busy weekend

This is a photo of Lillian, on the street car, riding home yesterday evening.
We were all exhausted from a fun filled weekend:
1. We bought books and met authors at TCAF.
2. We saw a "Repunzel" musical.
3. We met an Australian fairy who could juggle and who sprinkled magical dust on Lillian's palms and made her wishes come true.
4. We picnicked with Emilia and Matilda.
5. We watched professional skateboarders practice in a boarding arena.
6. We saw the movie "Aladdin."
7. We chased pigeons for a very long time

This evening, Latham was playing some of Lillian's favorite songs and she was drawing pictures of them.  This is Old MacDonald.

Meeting a celebrity

This weekend is the TCAF (Toronto Comic Art Festival).  The festival is divided into two sections: one for adults and one for kids.  Lillian had the pleasure and privilege to meet Andy Runton, the creator of the wonderful comic "Owly."

Contemplating pebbles

Yesterday, Lillian wanted to stay for an extra 15 minutes at the daycare.  She was fascinated by the stones and pebbles on the playground.

Every night before going to bed, Lillian writes in her journal.  Yesterday, she made the following entry, titling it "Happy Face Apple."
