New Favorite Book

Lillian highly recommends the wonderfully scary book called, "In a Dark, Dark Room."

Sushi Wednesday

Lillian was super excited today to get groceries (sushi) and watch the finale of MasterChef Junior.

Like oil and water

Lillian and Inara (our neighbor) went for a swim in our pool and then did science experiments for hours. Lillian wore her favorite striped vampire dress, and Inara wore her mother's vintage Brownie dress.

Inseparable Sunday

Lillian and Latham have been inseparable this weekend.

They built an enormous fort with hidden interior passages made from chairs, a bench, and coffee table.

They programmed a mini robot to go up and down steps in an app called, Lightbot.

And they also played a duet of a short song that Lill composed (by herself) and wrote down (by herself) in her piano class.

Injured ladies

In Aftercare, Lillian and her friends (from left to right) Sophie, Aija, and Addie, made casts from scraps of paper and green cloth. Here they are pretending to be upset about their injured arms.

Science Saturday

When the chemistry bug bites Lillian, it is hard to stop her experiments.

New hairdo on Friday the 13th

Lill got a haircut and we colored her bangs black.

From now on she'll be known as Pirate Black Bangs.

Sunday morning swim

Our Sunday morning swim was tremendously fun. We took selfies pretending to be pugilists.

We also played underwater charades. Here Lillian is doing an impression of Uncle Tony.
